EAM export profiles

Five platform-specific export profiles, each producing the exact format required by the target EAM's bulk import.

IBM Maximo

CSVEquipment + FLOC

Produces an Equipment Master CSV and a Functional Location (FLOC) hierarchy CSV ready for Maximo bulk import. FLOC codes are auto-generated from the parsed mine hierarchy (site + area + level + discipline). Asset classification maps to Maximo Equipment Type.

  • FLOC codes that don't exist in the target Maximo instance
  • Classification structure IDs that require manual mapping
  • Assets with missing ASSETNUM (required for Maximo import)
  • Records where mine hierarchy could not be fully resolved

SAP PM / S/4HANA

CSVEquipment master

Produces an Equipment Master CSV mapped to SAP PM field names. Functional Location codes follow SAP's hierarchical structure. Compatible with SAP PM, S/4HANA Plant Maintenance, and SAP EAM.

Pronto Xi

Produces an Equipment Register CSV in Pronto Xi's import format. Location hierarchy maps to Pronto's department and cost centre structure. Compatible with Pronto Xi EAM and Pronto Distribution.

Struktive Native CSV

A flat CSV with all normalised fields including mine hierarchy (site, area, level, zone, bay), quality score, classification confidence, EAM category, and chain-of-custody metadata. Suitable for any system not covered by the five EAM profiles.

A formatted Excel workbook with the full normalised equipment register, category colour-coding, quality score conditional formatting, and a summary row. Suitable for stakeholder reporting and manual review before EAM import.

MRO Parts Normalisation

Normalises MRO parts catalogues alongside equipment registers. Standardises free-text part descriptions to noun-modifier format, resolves UOM variants, detects duplicates, assigns UNSPSC codes, and generates platform-native export files for SAP MM Material Master and Maximo Item Master.
