How do credits work?
Credits are purchased in packs (500, 2,000, 5,000, or 15,000 records). Each record processed deducts one credit from your balance. Credits do not expire. Your balance and usage history are visible in your account dashboard.
Can I use Struktive via API?
Yes. API access is available at Project tier and above. Generate an API key from your account settings — no manual onboarding or approval required. The API exposes the full normalisation pipeline and returns all output formats as downloadable URLs. A $299/month platform fee applies in addition to per-record credits.
What does the Compliance Audit Pack include?
