8 categories: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Consumable, Safety, Instrumentation, Structural. Keyword rules handle 85% instantly; LLM fallback for edge cases.
Warehouse Location Parsing
Extracts WAREHOUSE → ZONE → AISLE → BIN from any free-text format. Handles WH1-A3-B12, Zone A / Shelf 3 / Bin 12, and custom location schemas.
Duplicate Detection
Fuzzy description matching (Levenshtein ≤ 2), part number normalisation (strips prefixes/dashes/zeros), cross-supplier alias resolution. Configurable thresholds.
UOM Normalisation
200+ UOM variants resolved to ISO standard: EA, KG, LTR, MTR, SET, PKT. Handles pcs/piece/pieces, each/ea/no, litre/liter/L, and all common abbreviations.
Quality Scoring
0–100 score per record across seven factors: description completeness, UOM validity, part number format, location depth, category confidence, duplicate flag, and data consistency.
