Credit packs — how to buy
Purchase credits upfront. One credit = one record normalised. Credits never expire — ideal for project-based DC teams who run one migration every 6–12 months.
Single project or proof-of-concept. Ideal for small operators and edge DCs.
Mid-size enterprise DC or M&A due diligence target. Most popular for first engagements.
Embed Struktive into your own tooling. Developer tier starts at $99 USD/month with 500 records included — no large upfront commitment required. Full Partner/API tier at $299/month for production integrations.
What Struktive replaces
Manual asset remediation by a consultant or analyst costs $150–$400/hr. The table below shows typical project costs compared to Struktive's per-record pricing.
| Segment | Typical Records | Manual Cost | Struktive Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mid-size Enterprise DC | 1,500–8,000 | $40,000–$80,000 | $1,500–$8,000 |
| M&A Target (typical acquisition) | 2,000–15,000 | $15,000–$30,000 | $2,000–$9,000 |
| Colocation Facility (single site) | 15,000–60,000 | $75,000–$150,000+ | $9,000–$36,000 |
| Federal DCOI Inventory | 5,000–50,000 | $25,000–$100,000 | $3,000–$30,000 |
Manual cost estimates based on 60–120 analyst hours at $150–$400/hr. Struktive cost calculated at Project tier rates ($1.00/record). All figures in USD.
Need us to handle it end-to-end?
Our DC data team at geekspeak Commerce can run the full normalisation, validation, and DCIM import for you — handling the upload, reviewing the results, producing the compliance packs, and delivering DCIM-ready files directly to your team. No tool to learn, no CSV to wrangle.
Ideal for organisations with tight timelines (M&A closings, audit deadlines, DCIM go-lives) or teams that want a fully validated, signed-off asset register without internal resource overhead.
Frequently asked questions
How does the free tier work?
Upload any CSV — no account required. Struktive processes your first 50 records and shows you the full normalised output including quality scores, classification, and vendor resolution. To download the full results or process more than 50 records, enter your email to continue.
What is the difference between capability tiers and credit packs?
Capability tiers (Free, Self-Serve, Project, Enterprise) describe what features and per-record rates you get at each volume level. Credit packs are how you actually buy — you purchase a pack of credits upfront and spend them as you process records. The Standard pack (2,000 records at $1.00/record) gives you Project-tier pricing; the Growth pack (5,000 records at $0.90/record) gives you a further discount. Choose the pack that matches your project size.
What is included in every paid job?
All seven output formats are included at every paid tier: Normalised Asset Register, Compliance Audit Pack (6-tab XLSX with sign-off block), Capacity Summary (EU EED Annex I), DCIM exports for NetBox / Device42 / Sunbird dcTrack, Struktive Native CSV, Vendor Concentration report, and EU EED Pre-Report CSV.
How do credits work?
Credits are purchased in packs (500, 2,000, 5,000, or 15,000 records). Each record processed deducts one credit from your balance. Credits do not expire. Your balance and usage history are visible in your account dashboard.
Can I use Struktive via API?
Yes. The Developer API tier ($99/month) includes 500 records and is designed for integration testing. The Partner/API tier ($299/month) is for production integrations with unlimited records at your volume rate. Generate an API key from your account settings — no manual onboarding required.
What does the Compliance Audit Pack include?
The Compliance Audit Pack is a 7-tab XLSX covering: Cover (with sign-off block), Executive Summary, Asset Register, Data Quality Heat Map, Exceptions (grouped by issue type), Compliance Checklist, and Methodology (scoring formula, classification rules, field mapping reference).
Can I use Struktive for M&A due diligence?
Yes — this is one of the primary use cases. The Capacity Summary and Compliance Audit Pack are the most commonly used outputs in M&A contexts. A 5,000-record target facility can be fully normalised and audited in minutes, replacing 60–120 hours of manual analyst work.
Is there an annual subscription option?
Enterprise tier customers can opt for an annual contract with a committed volume, which provides the best per-record rate ($0.60/record) and dedicated support. Contact us to discuss annual pricing for your programme.
