Managed Services

Need us to handle it end-to-end?

Our data team can run the full normalisation, validation, and EAM load for you — handling the upload, reviewing the results, producing the compliance packs, and delivering Maximo- or SAP PM-ready files directly to your team. No tool to learn, no spreadsheet to wrangle.

Ideal for mine sites with tight go-live timelines (EAM cutovers, M&A closings, audit deadlines) or teams that want a fully validated, signed-off equipment register without internal resource overhead.

Frequently asked questions

How does the free tier work?

Upload any CSV — no account required. Struktive processes your first 350 records and shows you the full normalised output including quality scores, classification, and vendor resolution. Create a free account to run your own register — first 350 records free, no credit card.

What is the difference between capability tiers and credit packs?

Credit packs are how you buy — you purchase a pack of credits upfront and spend them as you process records. The Site Standard pack (2,000 records at $1.00/record) is the most popular starting point for EAM migrations. The Site Growth pack (5,000 records at $0.90/record) gives you a further discount for larger programmes.

What is included in every paid mining job?

All outputs are included: Normalised Equipment Register, EAM Compliance Audit Pack (XLSX with sign-off block), EAM export for IBM Maximo or SAP PM, Vendor Concentration report, Struktive Native CSV, Cyber Readiness Export (IoT/OT asset inventory aligned to IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and NIS2), and MRO Parts Catalog (if parts data is included in the upload).

How do credits work?

Credits are purchased in packs (500, 2,000, 5,000, or 15,000 records). Each record processed deducts one credit from your balance. Credits do not expire — ideal for project-based teams who run one EAM migration every 6–18 months.

Can I upload both an equipment register and an MRO parts catalog together?

Yes. Struktive supports combined uploads — drop in your equipment register and your parts catalog in a single job. The engine processes both, links parts to parent assets where possible, and flags orphaned stock (parts with no matching equipment record). You receive separate normalised outputs for each.

What EAM systems does Struktive export to?

Currently IBM Maximo (Asset Master and Item Master formats) and SAP PM (Equipment Master and Material Master). Additional EAM targets are added based on customer demand — contact us if you need a specific format.

Can I use Struktive for M&A due diligence on a mining asset?

Yes — this is one of the primary use cases. A 2,000-record equipment register for an M&A target can be fully normalised, classified, and audited in under 90 seconds. The EAM Compliance Audit Pack provides the sign-off documentation required for deal close.

Is there an annual subscription option?

Programme tier customers can opt for an annual contract with a committed volume, which provides the best per-record rate ($0.75/record) and dedicated support. Contact us to discuss annual pricing for your programme.
