OEM names are resolved to canonical manufacturer names (1,200+ mining equipment models)
Location strings are parsed into mine hierarchy: Site → Pit / Plant → Level → Area
Equipment descriptions are matched against EAM taxonomy (FLOC codes, object types)
Every record receives a data quality score (0–100)
Your original values are always preserved alongside normalised values
Raw file deleted within 24 hours of job completion
Your data is never used to train AI models or shared with other users

Unlock maintenance cost reporting

Include a cost_centre column to enable cost-per-asset and cost-centre breakdown in the Compliance Audit Pack — required for EAM import validation. Without it, cost allocation fields will show "Not mapped".
